Membership may be frozen for a maximum of two months within one calendar year, either consecutively or separately. The customer has the right to freeze for free for 1 month per year. If it is necessary to freeze for the second month or more in the same year, a fee of $69.00 will be charged. The freeze will begin the month following your request, provided it is made at least 30 days before the billing day.
